I was trying My Maids for the first time today, and I explained to them I work night shift as does my fiancé and asked for a specific time. They gave me between 10-12 ( requested 12-1) so I wasn't happy but got up to wait then they kept delaying until they were going to come at 2 when I would be leaving again for work ! I was very upset and called the office who asked why did I need to be there ?
1. I wanted to explain to them what I wanted done in my house because I had never met them before
2. How would they get in if I wasn't home?

Well, I read the last review and was shocked! I had this wonderful company out yesterday cleaning my house and could not be happier with the results. Everything I asked them to do was done to perfection, they also cleaned places I never thought about. They brought their own cleaning products and used them! The girls are warm, friendly, personable and move around cleaning in a highly energetic mode. I would highly recommend this company for your house or office needs

Terrible service. Caught them using my cleaning supplies. Owner Bill seems shady and dishonest. I highly recommend NEVER EVER using. Pay them to use your stuff and not do a good job. Today I had the owner over to give them the benefit of the doubt but when I told him all the video I have of his people, he couldn't leave fast enough. If you too experience(d) this, contact me. Potential class action. You may be entitled to monetary compensation.
