To say that this was a simple, straightforward project would be a massive understatement. We worked with Mark and his Team for 18 months and at the end of it all, the project changed dramatically from where we started. These changes ultimately made our backyard into our dream backyard. This was not a simple pool project, but much, much more. I enjoyed working with everyone on Mark's Team from Mark, himself to Adrienne and his entire construction Team. I never had an issue with anyone and was always impressed with the professionalism of each person.

I was initially skeptical upon meeting Mark the owner because after having many people out to the house for a quote all I heard was how difficult a job it would be because of access and topography. Mark came and said no problem easy. Well he was a man of his word. His crew made the entire process seem very smooth and easy. Mark was very easy to work with and was very patient with us as we changed our minds on materials, design, and options. All this during the COVID pandemic despite warehouses being closed, waiting for inspections he delivered on the pool being ready before Memorial Day thanks

Started our process in April in the middle of Covid shut-downs. Mark managed to get us our supplies and had our pool open by Memorial Day as promised. He was patient with my many changes and his team was efficient and courteous always. Many landscapers didn't want to deal with our challenging backyard topography but his excavator John was a wizard in action. Would use Caribbean Blue again any day.

We used Caribbean Blue Pools and Spa for our new in-ground pool installation. Mark and Adrienne treated us like family. Mark and his team completed the job through the worst of weather conditions. I highly recommend Caribbean Blue to anyone looking for anything pool related - pool building, renovations, and maintenance. Mark and Adrienne are terrific people and consummate professionals! From the very first meeting, Mark gave me a very reasonable quote and a realistic timeframe for completing the job, and both Mark and Adrienne were very responsive on the phone if I had any questions, and guided me through the process. Caribbean Blue has been a true partner for us while we try to rebuild our existing pool and back yard due to a catastrophic popped pool event. They have provided needed support, planning, and advice as we move forward to demo and rebuild. My son and I walked into your office desperate for help with problems with a 16 year old gunite pool and challenging drainage issues. I had no idea if you could help or what products or services you even offered.
Adrienne was available and listened to my concerns and issues and promptly set up an appointment with Mark, the owner, to assess our situation. Within 24 hours we had an estimate for a full renovation and to correct our drainage problems. Mark was willing to also return later in the week to review the proposal with my husband who had been out of town and answer any of our questions.

We were referred to Mark of Caribbean Pools by two of our neighbors. Their pools are beautiful, and needless to say, ours also came out gorgeous!
Mark and his crew - in the office and on site are professional, honest, and 100% stand up people. Everything from permits to choices of material/building of the pool was seamless. Caribbean pools is very reasonable in pricing as well. They included services many other pool companies were not willing to do. They moved our swing set, reassembled it, made the pool, did the patio, and also the landscaping. It was a one stop shop!

Big Shout Out for Caribbean Blue, especially Pam, John and Adrienne! We had a problem with 150 pounds of sand being spit into the pool; John initially identified the problem. It took another pool company 2 weeks to fix (warranty issues), but as soon as it was fixed, John was there the next day to help get the sand out of the pool. Professional, courteous, helpful; I would HIGHLY recommend Caribbean Blue!

Mark from Carribean Blue Pools and his team are amazing. Unfortunately we started building our pool with another company who ended up abandoning the project, stealing our money and leaving us with a big mess. My boyfriend and I bought a house last fall and first called Caribbean Blue Pools and Spas to come close the pool. This was our first pool, so we were inexperienced with the whole thing. For something like $600 they came and closed the pool. Yikes! That was more expensive than we anticipated, but we thought that must be the going rate.

We bought a house with a pool two years ago and ever since we moved in we had problems with our pool. When we finally did find someone to replace our liner that company ended up damaging our pool and installing the liner with wrinkles and our pool was leaking.
