Highly, highly recommend and I’m not family or a friend. I could not have been more pleased.... quick call back, easy scheduling, punctual, careful to protect walls and other flooring, kind and curtious service, and most of all Jason did an excellent job. He did a better job than any other carpet cleaning company I have ever hired. He does not do the stain remover/deodorizer sales pitch. It’s included in the price. Icing on the cake....he charged nearly 1/2 of what I have paid before.

I called to schedule a carpet cleaning; No one was available to schedule at the time but was told they would call me back soonest; this was 9AM. I waited until 4PM without my call being returned. I called another company to schedule which they did; the Son of "Father & Son" called me back around 6:30 PM and I informed him I had already scheduled someone else. He acknowledged and thanked me for the call. Then today the Father called with a harassing phone call and said I was an Idiot for not hiring his son. Not the way to run a business, lack of professionalism makes me question the service they

I have used Father and Son now about 5 times. They have always been professional and polite both on the phone and in person. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and have always known the best way to get everything cleaned without damage. Their work is outstanding and they've been very thorough with all jobs I've had them complete. So far, I have had my pop up camper professionally cleaned, tile/carpet in our old rental, area rugs (both inside our home, on our patio, and a grungy one in our garage) and soon to be my entire car! They were even able to fit me in after I found out our dog
