Terrible. For the price I paid I expected better service. I had not had anyone in the house for a year to clean the carpet - tech complained about the carpet being dirty - uh, that's why I wanted it cleaned. Before booking I asked about moving furniture and was told furniture would be moved. When I asked the tech to move a loveseat and 2 chairs he complained - I moved myself. One trouble spot in the living room was pointed out - still there. From start to finish 45 min work time. The carpet was left wet and soggy - evidently company does not finish with water extraction. I would not recommend.

Lee did an outstanding job steaming and spot cleaning two three seat couches, 2 area rugs 15x10 and 8x10, the tile and grout in a 6x8 bathroom, wall to wall carpet in a 15x15 bedroom plus closet, a queen headboard, a large chaise/couch in approximately two hours and had to park about 150 feet away from the unit. Highly recommend and will only call him from now on. Most importantly, no chemical smells at all.

This service is GREAT!! In 2 hours, my dusty dark sofas were their original dark burgandy once again! Plus, my light background print chairs, including stains, are now lovely red and blue prints again. My denim blue colored ottomans are "renewed", too. And the cost was reasonable, too!! Lee offered great advice for follow-up "fluffing" of the fabrics, too. Now 90 minutes later, everything is dry and ready to use. Yea!!

Renew Cleaning Services is an EXCELLENT cleaning service for saltillo tile, They were right on time, went right to work on cleaning and polishing the tile and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.
