Don Gardner started the company in 1950. In the earlier years, the construction business was operated out of their home with his wife, Vivian, taking on the office responsibilities. The current office at 315 LaPorte Rd. was built in 1956. The business continued to grow and thrive under Don's tutelage.

We are also an authorized Behlen Steel Building Dealer that offers pre-engineered steel systems. Our staff provides complete construction services from beginning to end that ensure that your project is completed ON TIME, ON BUDGET.
In the 1950's, a truly unique building system was introduced by Behlen known as S-Span. With no interior frames to work around, S-Span building interiors are attractive and uncluttered. The system is perfectly suited for hangars, arenas, exposition centers and other buildings that require large clear spans.
