If you have a change to any of the floor plans you can contact us and set up a meeting to change something up or customize the house to fit all of your needs to ensure you get your dream house! This spacious plan is approx. 3250 sq/ft, with four beds (three up stairs including the master) three bathrooms.
Foam Pros was started in 2014 after we decided to make the switch from cellulose to foam, we made this decision based on how much more energy efficient spray foam is, you truly can't beat it! Over time fiberglass and cellulose will sag in the wall cavity creating a empty void for heat to easily escape or intrude, spray foam literally glues its self to all 6 sides of the cavity holding it in place for its life time.

Wood Flooring- Rapid loc flooring comes with 30 year limited warranty, Great Lakes solid wood flooring comes with 50 year finish warranty. 4. Waterproofing- Lifetime warranty, waterproofing on the outside & our spray foam on the inside of the basements virtually seal up any and all possible leaks.
