Moving is always a challenge but My Guys Moving & Storage made it easy and at a reasonable price. I gathered three bids for our temporary office move and they were the most detailed and price conscience. Their staff was friendly, hard-working and took great care in moving our delicate items. They have a great system of bins, labels and tiered carts that keep the move well organized. A year later when our permanent office was complete, we used them again and had the same positive experience. They charge you hidden fees and charge you a deposit that you do not get back over a month and a half later. They charge you a evaluation fee just because you call in to make a appointment. There are hundreds of moving companies. Choose them over this one. This review is strictly for the sales associate and shady company. Laura was rude, entitled and belittling over the phone. Worst customer service ever!

Had My Guys Moving come and give us a estimate. Was very impressed that they came to my home to look at what we had and gave us a great estimate. Moving day went just Wonderful. Our moving team were so hardworking, never stopped and only took like 10 minutes for lunch. Javier was Fabulous!!! I will plan on using them again when we move to our permanent new place after the first of the year!! So impressed!!!

Absolutely recommend! Jorge and his team were fantastic for our local move. They showed up right on time and worked extremely hard to get our move completed in 1 day. They all took great care to ensure our belongings were well packed in the truck to ensure no danger. Also, very professional and friendly. Update 7/28: The manager's response tells you everything you need to know about this business. Insulting, belittling, and entitled. After being misquoted, I typically find it helpful to remind a business that we are repeat customers. Somehow in the eyes of My Guys - repeat business means nothing. There are plenty of great moving services in the area that don't insult you on the front and back end. In the future, I recommend My Guys approach customer issues with compassion rather than doubling down. Good luck to anyone rolling the dice with this company.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Workers were 15 minutes late outside of the HOUR we were scheduled to begin. When I called to check in, the My Guys rep said "it's only 9:03, give them time." Mind you the arrival timeframe was 8 - 9. They took personal phone calls, took a chunk out of my wall, and used my restroom without asking four times, twice in the old house, and twice in the new. So happy at the professional job of My Guys Moving and Storage. We used them in Aug 2020 for our relocation and I'm so happy we did. The guys were extremely helpful and efficient when packing our home into our U-haul. We booked the movers for loading our moving truck and they even helped get the car trailer off our rental truck. They were on time and completely careful with all of our belongings.

My realtor recommended them. Since having a long distance move, every moving company isn't the greatest. They were SPECTACULAR!
The sales manager Austin was professional and gave me a good quote NOTE: If a moving company gives a low quote, for example I was only moving 10 minutes away and my low quote was 795, don't go with them. You run the risk of added fees the day of moving and breaking your things)
He offered the insurance. Please get it for your own protection.

My guys provided an outstanding service. This was my first move and I prepped the area by removing clothes from furniture. Once they arrived during the schedule time window, I pointed to the furniture to be moved and there they were assessing and carefully wrapping the designated items. I had scheduled a 4 hour move and the move was completed around 2 and 1/2 hours or so and I paid the prorated amount. They crew was "fearless, courageous, and courteous".

Used them for a local 10 mile move and Ruben and his team did a great job. They showed on time, wore masks even though it was 90 degrees out, worked fast the entire time and didn't damage any of our stuff. They took a lot of care to protect our new house that we just painted from damage and put stair runners in. We paid for this move ourselves since it was local-but we've done 4 other moves with the military and this was by far our best moving experience. The sales rep Joey also did a nice job coordinating everything. Ask for team Ruben and you won't be disappointed!

From start to finish My Guys Movers were professional, communicative, and friendly. My move had been too big for some movers, too small for others but My Guys Movers took a look at the job and said it was no problem. We moved my bakery from our temporary location to our new permanent location. MGM accepted delivery of our new double-wide fridge from the manufacturer and delivered it straight to the new bakery on moving day. I have used My Guys for three moves now, and each time they have come through in a sinch.
This time I used three guys as my apartment was bigger than the previous three apartments, to get me from Falls Church to Herndon, VA. The "guys" that provided my service were Ruben, who appeared to be the team lead, Miguel, who appeared to be the secondary, and Oscar, who appeared to be the new guy.
All of the guys were incredibly quick, friendly, and efficient. I asked for an arrival time between 8-9 am and they arrived at my Falls Church apartment ready to go at 7:55! They got my entire apartment

For the last several days My Guys have been moving our offices for us. I have not seen them in action for the majority of the time, however, I had an opportunity to witness something unexpected today.
They have moved extremely heavy furniture, multiple 50+ year old metal cabinets, countless file cabinets loaded with case files and boxes upon boxes full of uncommonly dense, one foot by 2 feet, 3 inch to 5 inch thick, leather bound books. They did all of this with remarkably limited space. You see, our new offices are tiny!
These latter mentioned boxes of record books had already been placed inside
