Had a move scheduled with Justin a month in advance which I called twice to confirm they will be arriving on the day of the move. The day of the move the scumbag never shows up and tried calling which went to voicemail and voicemail was full of course. Please do not use this company this scumbag doesn't deserve to be in business. Two men and a Truck did my delayed move, they showed up early and thanked me for my business.

BEWARE!!!!!! HE DOESNOT CARE IF HE DAMAGES YOUR STUFF! Damaged our New Couch and other things. Justin admitted to having issues moving couch and said he'd replace it. They broke the recliner on the end. Snapped the frame. Other items we bought bubble wrap for, he stated not needed. And he wrapped our stuff in Saran Wrap. Didn't secure anything.… Charged us for 3 hours only used an hour and 45 minutes. Was in too much of hurry, instead of taking other 1 1/2 hrs to do it right. Refuses to give us his insurance info and allow insurance company to determine our claim. It's been 3 months. Now

Palmetto Movers is not reliable nor dependable. On Memorial Day weekend I RSVP's with Justin for end of June. Ten days later he (Palmetto movers) cancelled my RSVP for a "bigger job" last minute and never attempted to recommend or help me find another mover. Needless to say it was extremely difficult to find another mover last minute (which were all booked for the date I needed). I did manage to find Miracle Movers, who squeezed me in for that day. NO !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! 0 star review: Paid them upfront $420 for a simple move. The owner called me an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and said “his crew was supposed to get up with me but they couldn’t make it”.. okay. Fine. Things happen, so I asked for a email… confirmation saying he would refund my money (as people should ALWAYS do in this situation. Never trust anyone!!!!!! People will lie. )
A week later, no refund: multiple attempts to contact home via phone & email. No response.

Don't use this company. I arranged for them to move my household contents out of a storage unit to a new home over two week in advance. The owner Justin required a $150 deposit to hold my day and time. The day before the scheduled move I texted him to check in. He responded that he was out of town and his main guy was in Wilmington and he would have to bump my start time from 7 AM to 3 PM. The next day I am waiting at my storage unit and Palmetto Movers does not show up. No phone calls until we chase Justin down. He apologizes and states that "life happens". I had to scramble to

Very nice movers - they were easy to schedule, arrived on time, were very friendly, got furniture moved efficiently. They even accepted Venmo which was nice. Would definitely hire them again!

We received a confirmation email on our appointment today sept 17th at 11am with palmetto movers. that they would be at our apartment to move us.......no show, no call from them to say we are running late? no call back from them answering our call to them wondering where they were, only around 2pm did someone call back finally, at this point they apologized to my gf which doesn't change the fact we schelude our saturday around the move and made seperate plans for sunday. as you all know this is a stressful process anyway. they offered, not for free,or discounted to move us on sunday stating

Excellent movers, would highly recommend. I called them at 6 pm on a Friday after my previous movers canceled, for the next morning. They were on time and took time on their day off to accommodate me. They were efficient and moved all of my furniture with high quality. It took one hour to move my living room and bedroom. No damages at all either.

These guys were a life saver. I had a last minute move the week of CofC and Citadel graduation when every other company told me no, and not only did they get me in, they were SO reasonably priced, so much better than every other company I called. They showed up exactly on time, were so incredibly nice, had my small one bedroom out within 25 minutes, and I was moved in to my new place in Mount Pleasant within an hour. I didn't have a ton of furniture, but I think even if i had more it would have been done super quick. They were respectful of all my stuff, took apart and rebuilt my annoying

My move with Palmetto Movers in November went perfectly. I had a 3rd floor walk up and a storage unit and all three guys did an awesome job. Communication was good, the price was very fair, everything was packed well, and all the guys were pleasant, hard working, efficient, worked fast. Great job!!

The 2 guys sent to help me did an awesome job. Only small issues were no dolly, they knew I had an upright freezer, a dolly would have been great. And a tv stand got let behind.
Neither is a big deal.
They showed up on time and finished the job quickly and professionally!
Recommend them to anyone!

Justin and his crew when not smoking weed stole my mothers jewelry out of the jewelry box. Dorchester county sheriffs office is investigating currently and will keep posting updates until this matter is resolved by arrest or civil suit. Do not use!
