I am very pleased that I chose Perfection Contracting to replace my central AC this past summer. Reno was very accommodating and provided me with several options. He always answered my calls, even when he was on vacation The job started on time and was finished on time. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. The job site was left neat and clean.
I recently called the office to inquire about a winter cover for my AC condenser. They ordered a factory cover, hand delivered and installed it! Based on my experience, I would recommend anyone contact Perfection Contracting for any of your HVAC

They installed a geothermal heating and cooling system in my house for approx $60k. Did not have a good experience.
- My yard was left in very poor condition with heaps and valleys up to 1.5' high and deep over thousands of sq feet of my yard, along with 7 dead trees. It has cost me $10k and counting to repair the damage and they did not offer to participate in even a small amount of the costs.
- The system does not heat and cool the house evenly and I have been told that it should have been split into two separate sections. My assumption is that it was cheaper for them not to and my contract

Perfection Contracting installed ducts in our entire house and installed a new split zone geothermal system for heating and cooling. From day one they were professional and responsive. I have used Perfection Contracting since I have built my home in 2007. They recently just upgraded my HVAC system. They provided me with an extremely fair quote (no un foreseen up charges on the back end). They were punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They also took the time to clean any debris, which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend this company for someone looking for any and all HVAC work to be completed in your home.

Pricing was competitive, but the installation was outstanding. They replaced my complete 20 year old systems of 3 condensers and air handlers. They showed up on time, were helpful and professional and cleaned up when done. The crew did not leave until I was satisfied with everything and answered all my questions. They even went beyond the scope of the agreement to fix mistakes from the previous installer.
I highly recommend Perfection and was 100% satisfied.

We recently replaced a 24000 Btu/h window air conditioner with a 18000 Btu/h Mitsubishi hyper heat system. The work was completed very professionally. Drop cloths were laid down in the work area, and all debris were removed. I'm very pleased with performance of the unit and the professional installation crew. Well done!

The whole experience was excellent, from estimate to completion. Every question I had was answered promptly; response time very short. I don't like having to contract anything, but these guys provided a delightful change to my usual experiences. Each one of them, from sales to setup to installers, were professional. The job is clean, the system works beautifully. Mine involved a rebate; they took care of that when I had issues with the paperwork. You can't beat these guys.

I was extremely impressed by the quick response to my phone call. Dan, the repairman, was punctual, polite, very informative, and friendly. He wore a mask and kept his social distancing the entire time, which, considering my age, I greatly appreciated. Dan answered all my questioned and explained everything to me in terms I understood. (I'M not very mechanical). Dan is wonderful representative for his company and if I have to call again for service I wil request Dan.
