Jax American Locksmith went above and beyond for me. I had a key that no one could copy (why, I don't know! It was a normal looking key and did not say 'do not copy' on it). Someone told me to try a locksmith and after calling around I was hitting a lot of walls - finally I made the call to Jax American Locksmith. I was told to text pictures of the key to them so they can make sure before coming out and potentially wasting my time that they could actually copy the key. Sure enough, it was no problem! Jax American Locksmith gets all future service calls from me. The owner is very informative and thoroughly explained the various parts to locks to me, as well as had equipment and replacement on board when he got here, which, by the way, was in a very reasonable amount of time, and I note that because I was locked out of my house.
