Even with the delays due to COVID-19 and rain/weather, Miles Fence Company got the job done in just a couple of days. Since I have a disabled foot and a new baby, they made sure to set up a temporary fence so I could let my two large dogs out while waiting for it to be finished. Great product and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

My husband met with Jay (who we understand is the owner) in mid-September 2020 and received a quote to install a fence in our backyard. We paid half of the total down as a deposit (received receipt of payment on 9/21). They assured us that there would be no delay with getting it installed due to COVID since it was aluminum and not wood. Long story… short, there was little to no communication other than the materials have not arrived yet. And that was only after my husband and I would leave several voicemails and emails requesting an update for weeks on end. We were assured better communication

I was eager to do business with this company after receiving a quote from their friendly and helpful technician who came to our home to do an estimate on Thursday, September 14th. However, I was told to expect to receive a quote the following Monday. It is now October 1st and I have not heard anything.
I have called dozens of times and now cannot… reach a live person at their office (and yes, I've tried calling from numerous numbers, just in case for some reason I'm personally being ignored). I have left several voicemails requesting contact. I have e-mailed. I have even texted the technician

They were scheduled to arrive for a Back Yard fence estimate and were a no call no show. This comes after they even called to confirm today’s appointment last week. This wasted my morning as I took time from work to make this appointment.
