Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality
Bronte was the tech that came to my house and fixed the thermostat and furnace.....it was not firing up when turned on. Bronte was an absolute professional and very friendly and he was able to get hte furnace running again. I highly recommend using FSM services!!

Warranty company sent them and they seemed like they wanted to sell us a new furnace more than fix our existing one. Once the work was done a 5amp fuse was blowing constantly when switched to heat. They sent another technician out to check the first technicians work and why it was blowing fuses. He came replaced a fuse said it seemed to be working was here 15-20mins and left after giving me more fuses in case it blew again, it did. I called and they said they would have to charge me to come out again to look at it and it was nothing on their end. I called a company we have used in the past and

I called them out to give me a bid on my swamp coolers at my business. When I explained that I was needing them to figure out the connection to the swamp coolers and why they weren't working they looked at me like a deer in the headlights and told me to hire an electrician. The Technician left after 15 minutes and then sent me a bill for $90.56 for a bid that i never received. What's interesting is that 2 other companies came out and gave me bids for free! How Frustrating and disappointing!!!
