In 1999, Dave Shepherd started working in the HVAC industry as a driver for a local supplier. During his time at that company, he held a variety of positions: driver, warehouse worker, inside sales, commercial estimator, operations manager, territory manager, and director of sales & marketing. Dave earned multiple achievement awards and has been recognized for his accomplishments during his time working in sales.
Chad helps companies improve engagement with HVAC products and manufacturers as he assists clients in the decision process when purchasing equipment and supplies for their next project. Chad has 12 years of experience in HVAC industry, he has held several titles with duties focused on sales and support.
I came into HVAC industry in 2007. I started in the technical service department. I helped customers with field issues, problem solving and training. I simultaneously helped with counter sales, researched parts, pulled orders and took deliveries. For the majority of the 8 years, I served as a Territory Manager.

One of their drivers dumped a ton of sheet metal HVAC parts all down the 215. Was totally clueless ended up driving right through the box or otherwise swerve into surrounding traffic. Cars in the rear view were looking pretty chaotic as well. Tried to flag the driver but he pretty much ignored me. Had his headphones on. Didn't even notice what was happening. Office never answered the phone either.
