An estimated average of 7,640 restaurant building fires are reported to fire departments each year in the United States and cause an estimated average of 115 injuries and $246 million in property loss. Almost 60% of fires originate in the kitchen area and often spread into the exhaust system. Maintaining a grease-free and fire-safe kitchen exhaust system protects your restaurant from fire damage.
Exhaust fans are the exit point of your kitchen's exhaust system. Over time, the grease vapors that bypass the filters in the hood system, build up within the duct and up through the blades of the exhaust fan. While the purpose of the fan is to extract the air, the build-up should be removed regularly.

Nick was friendly and efficient when working. He left the kitchen perfect and hood shinning like it was never used! Would recommend premier hood cleaning to anyone who needs their restaurant hood cleaned. They came the same week I called. I will not being using anyone but premier for my hood service needs at my restaurant. Thank you

Had hood cleaning scheduled, crew did show up! Cleaned the hood, gave information about scheduled maintenance! Took filters too be deep cleaned, had to follow up with senior technician! Finally, got a hold of him! Said they were in his truck he would bring back! Just left them at the front door did not call, filters never cleaned! Cleaned with bulldog for one hour just like new!
Companies love the money but fall short on follow through! Maybe they were spending the money!

Had a scheduled maintenance and they never showed up. Followed up with them 2x before the appointment to confirm and after. Never heard a word from them.
Originally had a 1-star because of the above. They got back to me after I had posted the original review and apologized extensively. The tech had his phone smashed on the job and the cell carrier wouldn't let him access his contacts and messages.
They did a great job, the two workers were awesome, and they were very thorough. Gave me some good tips on cleaning other parts of the restaurant as well.
I would recommend them for sure!
