Can't say enough good things about All Care Restoration - Justin and his crew.. He did exactly as he said within his estimate and in a timely manner. We had a mold and termite problem along one basement wall. They removed the drywall, firing strips, carpet and removed all the mold in preparation for the foundation repair folks to do their thing. Justin was respectful, he and his crew were through and cleaned up and hauled everything away at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend their services!!

Last month, my dad unexpectedly and tragically passed away in his apartment in Lincoln. I called All Care to ask if they could remove the mattress and bedding, and then return in a couple of weeks after movers had packed and moved his belongings, to clean his apartment so that we could return the keys to management. I live 1600 miles away in California, so was unable to be there, but the folks at All Care were so kind, responsive, and reassuring. They did an excellent job cleaning as well. In this difficult time especially, I am so grateful to have had them to work with.

After the hoarding was cleaned out, used All Care to clean the house. they did a wonderful job, house has a lot of original woodwork, they cleaned it and polished all of it, got rid of the dust bunnies-epic size, wiped down all the surfaces, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, polished/cleaned items of decoration and placed them around the rooms, got rid of cobwebs and swept basement floor. can't say enough about their professionalism and care for the customer's satisfaction. did a wonderful job on both clean out and clean up. would recommend them to anyone for anything to do with cleaning/restoration

Justin with All Care really did a great job in making sure I got everything I needed when My home was damaged by a recent storm. He explained in detail what would need to be done and he also contacted other companies that were reliable to help with other damages in my home. He went above and beyond and was very professional. After having another restoration company come to my home and quote me a minimum fee of $1500 to remove a small spot of mold from a basement bathroom, Steve came today with the great news that we could safely fix it ourselves and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to do it. This is what I call putting the customer first and I would not hesitate to come to All Care for any future needs!

I received an estimate from All Care, which seemed like a fair price for the amount of work, but when it came time to schedule the cleaning, it was a disaster experience. Anytime I called I was told there were higher priority homes (flooding, sewage issues, etc), so I would have to call back at a later date for scheduling. Finally after 4 months of I was simply told they had better business and didn't need my money. If their professionalism is any indication of their quality of work, they are not worth the money. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but they were a massive disappointment
