Our AC was not cooling - fine. Not only did this guy not show up the day of the appointment, but super late the next day. He came in like he opened the place, complaining about our home. He also was so incredibly loud stomping and yelling that he woke my toddler up and scared him. He was rude, disrespectful and worthless. Do not waste your time with this company.

We contacted A Cool Tech HVAC to fix our AC (unknown problem, but wasn't cooling the home). Upon Bob's arrival (within the quoted window), I shared that my spouse was on a conference call. Before entering the home, Bob put on a mask (COVID-era) and shoe covers, and was quiet and respectful as he moved through to check thermostats and the furnace. I asked to follow along as he went outside to check the external unit. As he diagnosed the issue, he shared what he was doing and explained the necessary things to address versus those that were optional (additional freon). His AC diagnosis aligned with
