Martin was very kind and honest when we called him out to investigate an issue with our AC.

I waited 5 months to write this review to make sure there were no issues with the repair. I can safely say Triple M did a great and lasting job. I called Triple M in late June. Our main level AC unit was blowing hot air. I called on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with Martin. He advised he could come out 1st thing Saturday morning. On Saturday, Martin called at 7:30am and advised he was on his way. He arrived around 7:50am and inspected our unit and determined slightly low on refrigerant.. He added about 1lb and we were cool again. He advised the coils could use a cleaning but it was not pressing

Still Amazing!!! Turns out we needed to get our 21 year old unit replaced because, well, it was old and leaking...LOL. Martin did an excellent job explaining what was going on, and providing us options.. we decided to get it replaced with Martin. The process was seamless, affordable, and still working great after 3 months.
Old post: We had our HVAC serviced a few months ago and all is well. Granted, I know nothing about HVAC systems, but our system works good and Martin's customer service was great!

Martin came out an hour after calling him (we are located nearby their office). He is Mr. Business when speaking with you, and after all the fake friendly service men I've had to call this month, I highly prefer Martin. He pointed out the issue with my outside AC unit instantly, and suggested to refill my low freon. After everything was swiftly done, he professionally cleaned the area he worked on and was on his way. Instead of waiting 3 days for someone else to help us in this heat wave, Martin had us cooled off in an hour! He'll be my future AC repair man.

Martin talked to me and was very positive, after I reached out on Angie's list, and he was ready to come out immediately. He was professional, so I gave him the list of issues the other company told me. We met at my house a few days later, he did his evaluation, he assured me that it was a few of those items but aside from that he should have me back up and running, he replaced the capacitor, cleaned coil, and added refrigerant. Did not show up for appointment and was rude when we called to see where they were. Passed the blame on us for them not showing up. Took the day off work to be here and to be blamed for their inconsistencies.

I'm a Smyrna resident and our president of the HOA recommended Martin from Triple M and boy am I glad I followed that advice! It was 90 degrees out on a Sunday morning and my AC was just no longer cooling, but Martin was able to come out within hours to diagnose the issue! He was kind, very professional, and generous with his time (I asked a lot of questions)!! You and your furr babies will be just as glad as I am if you call MMM!!

Martin is AWESOME! He's always fair and super honest. I purchased my home 4 years ago, and he's the only person that I allow to provide services. I'm sure you'll like him.
