This company deserves ZERO stars. My ELDERLY mother had a consult with someone from this company who, unprovoked, began to scream and insult my mother when she was discussing a potential project and pricing. Like most potential customers, she asked about any discounts or promotionals and he just lost it. It was so bad that the sister and neighbors heard the commotion. He then began to insult my mothers garden and say how ugly her plants were before storming off saying that her project wasn't worth the effort! Please keep in mind this was unprovoked. My elderly soft spoken mother was left dumbfounded

This company installed liriope for us last year in a long tree bank. Before the growing season ended, some of the plants were already sending out offshoots. There were quite a few weeds growing as well as the liriope. I've been able to control the weeds, and they are under control. Now, in the second growing season, the plants look very healthy and are filling in nicely. The space is very attractive.

I'm sure Yard by Yard does wonderful work based on the other two reviews, but sadly I will not be able to say. I emailed Yard by Yard to try to set up an estimate for some landscaping and never got a reply. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and so called to set up a time. Since the weather was bad, they said it would have to wait until next week, which I said was fine. They set me up for an appointment, took all my information, and said I would be meeting with the owner.
Come the day of the appointment, no one shows up. 45 minutes later, I call to find out what was happening

Big gardening job. Overgrown yard with mature trees covered in ivy with ancient azaleas and rhododendrons. Yard by Yard Makeovers pruned cleared brush de-ivied trees, fertilized and mulched. The place looks great. My wife did not see it until it was done and she could not have been more pleased. I will use their services again.
