Blain made our marble floors in our bathroom look absolutely beautiful and brand new again. They had been damaged during construction in our home and we thought our only option would be to pull them up and replace them. Gold Star Standard was our second quote. Blain was 1/3 the price of the other company. He came in and gave us our quote himself instead of a sales person. He was the one who did the work. It only took around 3 hours and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I 💯 recommend Gold Standard Floor. I’m glad we waited for him to be able to fix them. He’s busy for a reason!

We had a slab leak from the winter storm that left calcium deposits in our slate floor. No other floor cleaning company said they could get it clean. Blaine got the job done and the slate floors look great! Will definitely use them again for maintaining the floor. Would highly recommend.

I have Travertine floors which needed to be cleaned and sealed. Gold Standard Floor Care and Blaen came in, moved furniture and got to work right away. I did not realize how badly my floors needed cleaning! I am going to use them again (soon) for the other half of my house. Definitely 100% recommend and am impressed. I have already recommended to friends and around my neighborhood.

I have slate tile on about a third of my house. After ten years the floors were dull and had white spots and stains that I could not remove even with hard scrubbing. I had heard about the possibility of refinishing the slate tiles as an alternative to replacing the flooring. I found Gold Standard Floor Care through a web search and asked for a quote. Blain Haeg, the owner, was highly competent, professional and knowledgeable. He knew his flooring treatments and did not try to oversell me. The quote to redo my floors was extremely good value for first class work. He was meticulous in answering questions

Our floors, showers and some counter tops are travertine. In the past, we used other "stone cleaning services" who left our stone looking dingy and yellowish in color. We heard about Blaine and are so happy that we used his company. In just one day, he restored the luster and color of the stone and even the grout looks virtually new. We could not be more pleased. An extra bonus was to discover that he is very friendly, responsible and informative .
