A couple weeks ago our 10 year old home water softner quit working. I called SnapAir, talked with Walter and he promptly ordered and installed a new larger water softner. Our water is noticeably better tasting and with the new softner being much larger than my old one we will have a lot more capacity. Thank you SnapAir for the great service.

Had a furnace issue late last Spring & called Walter at SnapAir. He came out quickly & assessed that my 21 year old furnace needed replacing before this winter. He gave me a ballpark figure that I checked out over the Summer & it sounded quite reasonable. While he was here, he also checked out my water softener which was acting a little sketchy, tested my water & did some adjustments. It’s been working flawlessly since then.
