I had Thiele over for annual maintenance on my furnace last month. The gentleman were on time, very friendly, quiet, and professional. They took time to answer all of my questions and listened to my concerns. Not only did they work on my furnace, but after expressing concerns about carbon monoxide fears Nate took time to replace CO detector batteries, check my oven hookup for any potential leaks, and take care of a potential danger in my dryer hookup. I've never felt so at ease. Thank you, Nate and Thiele! I've been and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Have had Thiele Heating out to my house numerous times. Communication is fantastic and they always have done the job right. Most recent job was a furnace inspection and repair. Found the problem, ordered the part, and was back at the house fixing it when they said they would.

Called because my AC unit would not turn on. Called and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Nate called to inform me he was on his way. Showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, and promptly fixed it. Gave me a few tips on how to avoid future issues and was very polite/professional. Will absolutely call them for future needs. The "Service Tech" Nate is extremely skilled at his craft and has exceptional customer service skills. I own a commercial property in Beloit that is roughly 4000 SF so it takes 2 furnaces to heat and Nate fixed the immediate problem and acknowledged that there was an underlying issue in the sequence in which we were turning on our furnaces, preventing the system from operating to it's full potential. I had new furnace installed in Nov 2020 after 4 years in my home. Thiele showed me it was 20 years old and the carbon monoxide levels were too high to be legal. Luckily the last 2 winters I was only using space heaters (small house) for me and my dogs. But the new system works great and will be good selling point if I need to sell.

When we needed our furnace, a.c. & some challenging hvac venting corrected we phoned 4 co.'s, both prominent & less high profile, in Beloit & Janesville for quotes.
Thiele was the only co. to respond pre-quote with the very experienced owner Roger T. inspecting the existing units, venting & code requirements in our home for over 30 minutes before having his very professional numbers man Donny produce a quote overnight. Mr. Thiele planned & thought ahead so that he could deliver on his promises, which he did in a one day install by Chris & Jake, 2 very energetic, friendly

Honest and prompt. It seems to me they are reasonably priced from my experience. Very friendly staff. I called about my fan motor squealing and they were there the same day. I asked him about my aging air unit and he basically said that if it isn't broken it doesn't need to be replaced and should last for a few more years. My experience with most businesses these days is that they will try to sell you something you don't need. I recommend them for anything heating and cooling related.
