Great experience having a hot tub moved from Englewood to South Venice. They showed up on time and moved the hot tub with no damage. It was fast and they did great work!

Mission Impossible!! I had an old (very ugly) custom installed tub completely wrapped in ugly accent tiles that needed to be removed. the removed the screening, They removed tub and all the ugly tiles, installed my new BIG beautiful tub, cleaned up the entire area like they were never there and they did it in 90 minutes!!! 90 MINUTES!!! BRAVO!!! Great job done by a very friendly family! Highly recommend!!!

They do an excellent job, they take care and make sure to do it right. Great small business!

I called and spoke with Kara 3 times on the phone and every time sh
e said she would call me back to let me know if they could deliver my hot tub and she never called back. So unprofessional. I gave her the benefit of the doubt 3 times, your out!!!
Update: I rescheduled once on my own, twice she said their schedule was so full it might be tight but they would"get back with me". NEVER heard from her! Consumer beware, if your going to use this company make sure you nail a date in stone with her before you get off the phone and hopefully they will honor it.

Prompt, respectful, and courteous. I can’t say enough about this company. They fit me in on short notice when another company came and couldn’t handle the job. They had the right equipment and knew exactly what they were doing, and within an hour had my hot tub safely out of my screen and delivered it safely. I just want to say thank you Kara and family for a true professional job.

We used this company to move our hot tub. We labeled clearly on tape that we placed on ground how to position tub as we could not supervise. Of course, it was placed wrongly. Why I am writing this review is due to the rude, unprofessional way the guy treated me on the phone when I called to tell him it was placed wrong and the electric cord was opposite where our source was. THEN HE TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ME $150 to turn the tub to towards the electric panel, as we clearly indicated on tape. I tried calling owner but, of course, did not get a call back. POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I don’t recommend

We bought a preowned spa in Palm Beach County where we reside but needed it delivered to an RV Resort in Glades County where we have an annual RV site for our camper. That is our weekend getaway. Kara and Shannon were the greatest, on time, great attention to detail, placed it perfectly where we wanted it, hot tub weekend coming up! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, best service ever!

I truly wish that I could give this wonderful family more than 5 stars! It is rare to email a company and have them return your email within the hour! Then to call you immediately after and schedule the service for the very next day!!! AMAZING!
