Edited 7/26/2021: I'll give the owner of the company a lot of credit as he called and apologized over and over for missing the appointment and not calling to give us a heads up. He offered to come out immediately to make things right and the fact that he acknowledged their error and wanted to make it right, meant a lot. He immediately changed his schedule and made it a point to come by a few hours later and he was extremely pleasant to deal with. I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars and will provide an updated review once we get the quote for quarterly service and have a few more interactions

I never write on-line reviews, but they were great. Friendly, responsive, on-time. They came out and examined our pest-ridden furniture and told us how to solve the problem. Turned out to be no charge, because we could do it ourselves (with their advice). Highly recommended!

The initial consultation with this company was timely and professional, but went downhill from there. The scheduling of our first treatment for carpenter bees was moved around several times, and then when the time came for the service, they arrived an hour late. Our job required a 30-foot ladder, of which they have only one, and they scheduled two other jobs at the same time that required that ladder. Apparently, ours was the lowest priority. Despite upcharging us $200 to use the ladder, they were able to complete the first treatment without it after all. The follow-up service required a ladder

These guys are just the absolute best! They come out right away and always solve the problem. We have used them for our home and for my husband's construction company for years. From ants to bees with cockroaches (:-( in between they have taken care of it all! Just love this hard working, family business. You will not be disappointed with the service that they provide.

Our stress was lowered with his warm demeanor and ability to connect well with us. He asked great questions, listened, and worked really effectively with our contractor to solve the issue.
