So here is the down low, I am a first time home owner but I am not a handy woman, so when my a/c wasn't working right I had no clue what to do. I didn't even know where the filter was. I called around to a couple places and was met with businesses who made me feel like an inconvenience for asking questions or ones who wanted to charge me an extra $40 for them having to use a ladder. There was also a place with an F rating with the BBB. Least to say I was definitely not feeling comfortable with what I was finding.

BTU came out on a Sunday and fixed my leaking A/C unit for a very reasonable price. Pete was great too! He was courteous, efficient, and offered some helpful tips for maintaining my furnace better. I was so impressed by their service that I enrolled in their maintenance program, which also seems like a good deal. Great customer service at a great price! Highly recommend BTU Comfort Solutions.
