Copperline tried to fix my old, sluggish heat pump before ultimately replacing it with a new furnace, including running a gas line in my previously electric-only house, and they installed a new water heater as well. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much of anything about any of it, but Brian was right there at every step with clear explanations and appreciated recommendations. I’ve used this company for years now for my AC and furnace maintenance. They are always dependable and do high quality work. I recently had to replace my AC unit and they were very prompt and had me up and running quickly. I had an issue with my breaker box and they went out of their way to make sure my issue (not theirs) was resolved to my satisfaction.

The entire crew was also very courteous and professional. Moving forward with Copperline was probably one of the best decisions we've made as a home owners.

Brian took to action the day our furnace stopped working. After diagnosing major issues with our blower, he was able to receive the parts next business day, and solve the problem in under an hour. He supplied us with Space Heaters in the mean time to keep our home and family warm. Professional, courteous and fair. I would Highly recommend.

The guys at Copperline replaced our hot water tank today and we were very impressed with the service. As neighbors, they were aware of some of the common issues our developer had and were ready to correct them on the spot. They were also professional, courteous, and fairly priced. From the start, Copperline owner, Brian, and workers were prompt, professional, and honest. We had an AC unit go out and needed to either service or replace. Even though I told him I thought it was done, Brian wanted to troubleshoot and pin point the issue himself to confirm before making a recommendation. The system was very old and we decided to replace the HVAC instead of repair. The quote for replacement was competitive to others and he was able to get the install in quickly versus others quoting 6-10 weeks out. I had a leak in the HVAC unit in my Avon Lake condo. I live out of town, and discovered it when I got to town. I called a few places right away and left messages. I got a call back from Brian quickly. Maybe he heard the panic in my voice. ;) He had two great people at my home that afternoon. Fixed it quickly. Brian even checked to see if everything went well. This company was great. Quick, clean, and knowledgable.

Brian was awesome to work with. He promptly returned calls (even when he was on vacation) and always answered my questions. I had to replace a 23yr old furnace + A/C and he walked me through all the options. Never tried to up sell anything and was very fair + straightforward with his quote. He helped identify the proper system size and setup that would provide the most reliability and comfort. He also handled getting the permit with the city, and we had no issues with passing final inspection. His team on installation day was professional. They put heavy drop cloths everywhere to protect the floors
