This review is from a neighbor of an NB project in Rutherford, CA. Workers at the NB site have repeatedly worked outside the posted hours of 8 am - 5 pm Mon-Sat. They park in no-parking zones and leave trash around their vehicles. When I've gotten in touch with NB to report this, they do not take prompt action. The project in my neighborhood has gone on for months and is really negatively impacted quality of life.
