I cannot agree more with all of the other ZERO star reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scam artists and this starts with Johnny the sales guy. He is no designer just a used
Car salesman is fake fancy clothes but under that is a scammer who after you sign on the dotted line disappears. The customer service is a joke, unresponsive. No accountability for days and damage caused to cabinets. Sarai in the office is rude and takes no accountability. The OWNER is MIA and unavailable to customers for concerns. Kitchen Experts recently changed our kitchen with a floor area of 750 SQ FT for our single family residence. They provided design, demolition, electrical wiring, plumbing, install of new cabinets, counter tops, sink and faucets, back splash, new appliances, new flooring, painting and obtain of City permit. They have a very organized system and provided the full service with good quality materials. My new kitchen completed in March, 2021. I could not be more pleased with the outcome or the Kitchen Experts process. I watched the TV show for a number of years and actually chose them primarily because of the one-stop shop concept, the beautiful kitchens , and customer testimonies. We just finished remodeling our small half bath with Kitchen Experts. Christian was my foreman and again they did an excellent job. The electrical and plumbing was redone and a new cabinet installed along with sink and faucet in about a week. They were able to match the quartz countertop from our kitchen perfectly. Highly recommend the team at Kitchen Experts if you want the job done well and quickly. Bathroom is really beautiful and completely transformed the 1980's look.

First off I want to make it clear I nor my wife are customers of Kitchen Experts nor ever will be. We are the unwilling victims of incredibly poor construction, negligent engineering and job-site practices along with questionable building application permits.
We live in a multiunit building like many here in SF. If you see the Kitchen Expert logo parked outside your building run, don’t walk to call the city building inspector and if you can have the job shut-down right away until a full engineering review and proper inspection scheduled. James took over my school building abandoned by our previous contractor who left the building unfinished . Within three weeks we got the building all completed with beautiful cabinets in all the classrooms , the school painted and glistening ! There was a lot of cement work to be done too and it was completed with city specifications . On Christmas Eve l was driving by and was in awe when l saw the building which was started by the previous contractor two years ago all completed .
We got our school license immediately after that and we are now in business.

Stay away from this company. False company advertising using unlicensed sub contractors. Research other companies. The quality of work is poor. We do not recommend Kitchen Experts and would give zero stars.

7. Electrician replaced all electrical lines in kitchen and covered with insulation prior to city inspection.
City inspector was upset and inform the electrician to remove all insulation so inspection is done properly. Corrections were made on the spot during the city inspection.
8. We had to obtain our permit at city hall. Should have been done

Kitchen Experts have done a fabulous job! From the design to building and final touches, they really did an amazing job. Their foreman, Caesar is a huge asset to them, he oversaw and worked on everything from demo to plumbing, electrical, installation of cabinets, counters and appliances. The Project Manager was in touch with me almost every day to make sure everything was on track as expected.
In addition to the construction aspect, KE allowed us to put off starting the work on hold for over a year due to medical/financial issues. They never once pressured us to get started until we were ready

Wow just talked to a Mike at Kitchen Experts wanted to have them
Come out to give estimate on refacing cabinets and countertops. He must be lazy person. Bad sales person. He asked what I was looking at doing and everything he came back seemed like trouble. Not even 5 minutes on phone and he turned me from this place. It was like he couldn't be bothered.

Many companies claim that they guarantee their work and they stand by the warranties. I have not found that to be try 100% all the time. I cannot say that about Kitchen Experts!! Kitchen Experts stand by their word and Kitchen Experts stand by their work. My wife and I called Kitchen Experts to get a quote to install a closet in our son's bedroom and renovate our fire place mantel. We finally decided to remodel our kitchen which we never did since we bought the house almost 21 yrs ago. I had seen this advertisement on KRON channel 4 about them many times and always wished I also could have this kind of kitchen. I was curious to see what they could do and how expensive it would get and so finally took a leap of faith. If you have had any construction done to your house before, you know that the process can be a roller coaster but with Kitchen Experts, you'll have someone holding your hand next to you the entire ride. And that was so comforting. I would highly suggest that any verbal agreements that you make with any of the staff be documented in email because there is so much going on all the time and it's good to leave a paper trail.

Our 30 year old kitchen was drab and outdated and we called Kitchen Experts (KE) for help. We met with Johnny from KE and planned my wifes dream kitchen. The process was smooth and very professional. John's years of experience in designing and integrating the desires of home owners made the design phase almost painless. Although we had some challenges with new building codes, John took care of them in the planning phase so as to avoid problems when we started building. The showroom in Pleasanton was very helpful in completing the design of cabinets, countertops and floor coverings.

Had a great experience with Kitchen Experts. I needed a complete overhaul of my kitchen and figured it would be a nightmare, taking a dreadfully Long time for a completed projects. Kitchen Experts shocked me. Not only did they remodel exactly how I wanted, they completed the entire project just a few months. the work ethic of their team is incredible. I made the mistake of making my last payment to Kitchen Experts before they finished our kitchen. It's been almost two years of continuous attempts to get Kitchen Experts to finish their work. As any KE customer will experience, we've been handed off from one project manager to another to manage our issues. It feels like we're getting passed around in an attempt to get us to give up. KE offers a great verbal and written warranty, but if they don't respond, what good is it? They have apologized profusely to us and thanked us for our patience but not taken action. Run from this company. they did our kitchen and every aspect from planning phase to implementation to re-doing errors was horrible. In-office staff are unresponsive and incompetent and too many. they overcharged for what they did and the quality of work was poor and it took 3 months from tear-out to (somewhat) finish date for a very simple 10X12 kitchen. It was some-what done in Oct 2016 and the floor was installed incorrectly and needs to be re-done and no-one returns emails or phone calls so it is still not done correctly. Hardwood floor was not glued down at all so it is moving. do not use this

It was a bumpy process at the beginning - the initial consultant was fired before my design was finished but they did an OK job with the end product. Unfortunately the issue now is getting them back for a repair. It's been over 3 months since someone came out to assess the repair and almost 2 months since they cancelled the date for the repair. I'd think carefully if you go with Kitchen Experts - they may do OK in the design and installation but their commitment to their warranty is questionable at this point.

I contracted with kitchen experts because I was looking for a company that would take the burden of handling everything for my kitchen remodel from A-Z having remodeled before at a different home I drug my feet on this remodel because of the dreadful process I endured before. I had to shop for everything, and hire several different contractors, but what really made the process dreadful is the amount of time it took to complete the project. Amazing company to work with, from the intial meeting with the designer, to the project manager who did the final walk through with of our completed kitchen. We were beyond happy with the service we recieved.
Our remodeled kitchen and family room look like a picture out of a magazine. They did an amazing job with attention to every detail.
