I was in the middle of moving house last month and discovered we couldn't disconnect the line to the refrigerator. No one in the moving team could work out the valve. Elias talked me through what could have been an expensive situation - we were thinking of leaving the fridge freezer for the new owners!. Amazing service - I hadn't even given him any business. Elias just came to the rescue of my disabled client who had nonworking toilet after using wipes while recovering from surgery. Those flushable wipes are not really flushable after all! My plumbing backed up and my husband said he could fix it with a plumbing snake. He called his uncle out who has a snake, they ran the snake through the system and ended up breaking one of my toilets when the snake went right through it. I have recently switched over to Landa Plumbing from a larger Bay Area plumbing company. I have now done a few projects with them. Elias At Landa Plumbing is excellent at communication and is very thorough, explaining all the possible problems and different options you may have for a fix. He also makes his own recommendation. On one plumbing job i needed to get into the walls, and he did excellent work and finished the project in a timely manner. I like to work with someone who is patient and gives me options. I called Elias for what started out as a leak underneath my sink, as it turns out when I had my kitchen redone years ago the person who did the pluming did it incorrectly and it was just a matter of time before other issues started to arise. Elias was able to give me options that fit within my budget to re-do the pluming.
