We had used Spurk a number of years ago when our furnace would not work. At that point, you assume the worst and prepare for a large repair bill, but when they diagnosed the problem it was a simple repair which was only $150 to correct. It was refreshing to work with a company that did not try to take advantage of you at a time when it would have been so easy for them to do so. When our furnace broke down again this year, we did not hesitate to call Spurk. This time the 23+ year old system did need more extensive repairs. Dale and Dan were very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of repairing

Spurk was proactive in reaching out when the appointment could not happen at the scheduled time. Once they were en route, it was easy to see when they would arrive. The issue ended up not needing a repair and the technician was extremely helpful in explaining the reasoning and steps to take moving forward to avoid it in the future.

On 10/21/21, Adam serviced my furnace for a check-up. He was very professional and informative in regards to my furnace which is 32 years old. He indicated that all of the checks were positive but I would like to get information from Spurk as to info on a replacement unit since it is so old. Again, appreciated Adam's work.

We are adding an addition onto our house and called Spurk HVAC to run and install duct work from our house to the new addition. They came the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote and told us they would begin the work the following Monday and finish on Tuesday. They arrived on time both days and did excellent work. Their communication skills are wonderful and we were aware of what was going on the whole time. Thanks guys.

Update to below. Upon further consultation with Spurk and another vendor we thought the wiser choice was to replace our 26 /27 yr old furnace and AC units. We chose Spurk. Chester and Scott were punctual, methodical and efficient completing the all-out/all-in process in less than 1 1/2 days, on the coldest days of the season (very early Nov). The furnace, while comparable, generates more air volume and warmer air which makes my wife very, very happy. And that makes me happy! Thanks guys!! Looking forward to an equally enjoyable experience with the AC next summer.

The service that Spurk offered from consult to Furnace and AC installation was top notch. Dan was very thorough when going through their process, options they offer and did not try and up sell me. Matt and Scott were extremely professional and the quality of work that they provided and is second to none. They were fast, the work was very neat and clean. After completion they walked through the system, how to operate everything and answered any questions we had. Would recommend them to any and all that needs any HVAC services.

Recapping my experience with this company...
Moved into a house with a standalone PTAC heating/air conditioning unit for maintaining temp in a sunroom that has no ductwork (the kind you see in a hotel room). From the time we moved in, the unit was not blowing any warm air. Tech came out from Spurk, and from the moment he looked at the unit, I could tell he was not familiar with it. He spent about an hour troubleshooting, and his final diagnosis was it was a faulty heating element, although he was not 100% certain. He pointed out several areas on the part that appeared to be 'burnt out

This company is complete trash. Between Jason and Brandon nothing but abusive and liars. I spent close to $6,000 in work with them and won't return calls and are completely nothing but a group of garbage. Now that they got your money nothing matters. They do all of this work for a builder in Middlesex Crossings and just crap.House 4-months old and AC quit due to a dirty filter and tried to charge me $245.00 when fixed.I had to call builder to get my money back. 4-months old. I even heard the owner tell the worker charge him. Sold me an AC cover that does not fit and won't replace with
