This company is amazing first time out and fixed the problem I had a different company and they could not fix the problem after 5 tries I called Albert's and fixed after 1 visit HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We needed a value replaced for a condensation pump on our furnace. My husband called Alberts on Saturday regarding the part. They called him back Sunday morning and had the part. My husband went to their shop to pick it up. During these different times with covid and parts being scarce we were so grateful that they took the time to responded so quickly for such a small item. Good service is still alive with Alberts!!

Alberts HVAC is outstanding. They are incredibly flexible to your timelines. I recently purchased a house where the closing was delayed several times. Then the day of the install, Alberts crew were incredibly professional and hard working. These guys ripped out the old 40 year old furnace, AC and Hot Water tank and had the AC running by end of the day and finished up the work by noon the 2nd day. Their attention to detail was impeccable, how they rerouted ducts, exhaust vents and power was top notch. Albert himself is a super guy, I am so glad I had this opportunity to have him as my preferred

Called Albert's to get a second quote for bypass humidifier installation. Quote from a local competitor was $798 without a pump, or almost $1100 if a pump was required.
Albert's quoted me $400 for the job, and $480 with a pump. Technician made every effort to avoid needing a pump, and he was crafty in his choice of location for the humidifier to let gravity do the work for drainage.
All correspondence was timely and he showed up at the date and time he said he would. Installation was quick and (from my novice DIY perspective), professionally done.
I would recommend to anyone that asks.
