JET Plumbing, LLC installed our water heater. We did our research and got a couple of quotes from other plumbing companies but we did not want to spend a fortune on the installation of a new water heater. We went from an electric water heater to a gas water heater. JET Plumbing provided us with a very reasonable price and they were recommend by some of our friends who have used them in the past.

Not only is Tony an amazing plumber, he is an amazing person! I have had him out to my house twice, and both times I have been blown away not only by his expertise, but also his kind, patient, and helpful demeanor. My water heater sprung a leak at 7pm. We called Jet Plumbing's emergency line. Tony called back in 20 minutes. He walked me through how to stop the leak. He was on the phone with me until about 10pm on a weeknight. Tony and Miri were at my house the next morning at 11:30 am to install the water heater they had arranged to be delivered to our house.

We were doing a bathroom re-model and our stop valves on our toilet and sink started leaking, we had to shut off our water main to the house. I called Tony at Jet Plumbing (which was after hours, about 6p) and he returned my call w/in 45min and came about an hour later around 7:30p. Tony and his brother replaced both stop valves and we got our water back. They were very responsive, friendly, clean and professional and I highly recommend using Jet Plumbing! I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Tony and his brother did a fantastic job replacing the main stack and several other old pipes and drains in my 1959 house, one of which was behind a wall in the guest bathroom. Tony was able to cut open the wall in a such a way that all the seams were hidden behind the vanity and toilet once fixed, so nothing was noticeable.
They were friendly and worked hard to provide the best experience possible. They also wore masks and foot protection in the house, which is appreciated.

Old cast iron pipe was leaking. We called Jet because of excellent Yelp reviews. The guys from Jet Plumbing were wonderful. Very professional, gave estimate before they started work. The estimate was reasonable and I felt comfortable with what was charged. The job was completed in a timely manner, excellent work, and they cleaned up before they left. I will use them again and recommend to everyone I know.

Tony responded to my call late on a Friday night, and he and his brother were able to fix my problem with no issue at all.
He had to replace my waste and overflow tub drain brass unit through tight access point. He could have opted to easily access it from my kitchen ceiling, but he was able to avoid cutting a hole in my ceiling by utilizing the tight access right behind my tub.
He was very nice to work with and helped explain the issue to me well. If I ever have any additional plumbing issues, I am going to call Tony.

I purchased a new refrigerator and needed a plumber to hook up the water line for the water and ice feature. A friend highly recommended Jet Plumbing, I'm glad she did. Put in a request through yelp! They responded right away, when I called them and they missed it, they called back and helped me work out a time that works best. He also had me send pics of the job so they could walk in prepared which I loved.

WOW !! Hard to imaging a better company.. We had a major job in Enfield, Ct., and the difficulty was compounded by antiquated previous plumbing, and the need to knock it out in a single day. My mom is ill and can't be without plumbing, so we were experiencing a major sense of urgency.
Tony, the owner, set us up with lightening speed, changed a water heater, and rerouted 65 year old pipes, and sinks. Truly remarkable !! They did it all, to perfection, with minimal interruptions..

I just had the pleasure of working with Jet plumbing to install a new soaking tub as part of a bathroom remodel. Not only did he install the tub, but also replaced all of the lines in the bathroom that were original to the house (1941). Tony was excellent to work with. He helped us through the entire process. Honesty and integrity sums it up. Tony, the owner, answered all of my questions and quite frankly could not have been more helpful. He knew he didn't have the part to fix my furnace and would have to order it, which would take a while. He referred me to a mechanical company who could fix it immediately, which obviously cost him my business and my money.

Tony and his brother came to fix our kitchen faucet yesterday. Since it was not an emergency, we had an appointment for a day and a half after calling to schedule. I felt their price was fair for the area and Tony was very friendly and talkative. He was honest about everything he was doing and explained what to do if xy or z happens.
The installation went seamlessly and our new faucet looks and works great! We will definitely call Tony back for any further plumbing needs.

He has come out to the house between jobs to inspect the plumbing system with short notice if he is in the area. He keeps his appointments (wish all contractors would show on time to their appointments). Tony even text me once when he was running just 10 minutes behind from another job, which I thought was extremely courteous seeing that 10 minutes to me is no big deal at all.
