In need of a new car, the owner was really patient and informative with my boyfriend and I buying our first cars. My boyfriend and I were driving by and saw a car for sale that caught our eyes. We talked to John the owner and he let us test drive it. As a first time buyer he was very informative, answered all of our questions and gained a very trusting relationship with us. As a shy and quiet type he helped me feel comfortable to ask anything I wanted to know as well as giving advise for a first time car buyer. I have worked with John to get three different cars. The first car I purchased was out of necessity as my older car was no longer reliable. I began searching for the best car in my price range with the least amount of miles and model year. Best Buy Pre-Owned beat other dealerships on price by a wide margin. When I walked in, John gave me much more on a trade than I was expecting and gave me a very fair deal on the car without needing to haggle or push. Two months later, I sadly totaled that car on a deer. I was so upset because I got such a great deal. But I called John up and told him the situation

Purchased a truck off John and couldn't be happier with how things went. He was professional, transparent and fair with my trade.
