I started at Jones at the end of my junior year of high school through the encouragement of my instructor in the automotive program at Mount Joy Vo Tech. He was acquainted with the Jones family and thought very highly of their operation. From 1987 - 1992 I took as many GM training classes as possible and also gained valuable experience through hands on work.

I was born and raised in Lancaster. I graduated from Hempfiel High School in 1994. I was a cook for some time after graduation and made a switch in careers in 2002 when I was hired as a sales consultant for the Pontiac Buick division for Jones. I have held both sales and finance positions here at Jones and you can currently find me in the Honda Parts.

Edit: they called, apologized and scheduled again for a day later. That's worth 4 stars. We will see if they get a fifth tommorrow!
Not too happy right now. I had an appointment to replace passenger side low beam headlight.
-Scheduled many days before for 1:30 pm. on 2-1-22. Was told 45 minutes to replace.
-Called on 1-31-22 to ask them if they had a courtesy vehicle available as we were on a tight time schedule. No vehicle, but they assured us the longest it could possibly take is 30 minutes.
- arrived at 1:18 on 2-1-22. Was told upon checking in that the time required is 1 1/2 hrs. because

I did not purchase my Honda here so I cannot speak to their sales, however the service department was extremely disappointing and frustrating to work with. I’ve never had a positive experience here even after trying to bring my vehicle in multiple times over the years. I finally learned my lesson this last time after it took me 3 trips and still did not get the service I needed, and was given an attitude from one of the service ‘advisors’.

Just bought a Honda Pilot from this dealer. Jeff was my guy who helped me on this purchase. He was very friendly and thorough. I had wait for a week or so for the car to arrive but Jeff always keep me posted about the status of delivery. Jeff is very detailed about explaining car features to me. He is the man!!

Jeff Miller was top-notch! He helped us find our dream mini-van in the 2022 Odyssey Elite. He was easily reached via email and responded in a timely manner to many inquiries we had. He kept us up-to-date on when our van went into production and when it arrived ahead of schedule, we were thrilled! Frank Litchfield was very friendly, patient and helpful when I bought my new Honda. He is also very knowledgeable and competent. I recommend him highly.

Got my Honda civic today and I couldn’t be any happier. Jeff Miller made my leasing experience as seamless as it can be. He was easily accessible through email this whole time he kept me updated about car’s arrival date (finding a brand new car is not easy these days) but he made sure that I get my car within 14 days.

Passing through Lancaster, my Honda broke down... engine failure! It was 2:30 pm and we had a car full of luggage (and my dog). I googled for a repair shop and found Jones Honda. Ratha answered the call. The shop was full, but we desperately needed to get to our destination. Ratha went to bat for us. Long story short, he worked the system and found a way to get us back on the road by 5pm. Thank you Ratha and Jones Honda!

Too long a story. Evidently, rather than source electronic issues they tell you almost every issue you have is related to "upgrades" on your phone. Different excuses depend upon who you speak to. I should have taken their poor reviews more seriously! PLUS..covid is rampant in Lancaster County and not 1 employee was wearing a mask.

Returned here Unfortunately for an issue that was resolved by Tom Thornton. He said to let him know if I need anything else. Called 4 TIMES today about a Starting problem. NO REPLY. Unfortunately I purchased my Honda here and was only following Tom's suggestion. I already got stranded several times. The battery is New and was tested several times this week. Trying to get return call here IS IMPOSSIBLE ! IF YOU ARE SMART, YOU WON'T SHOP FOR A CAR HERE ! IF YOU DO, YOU TOO WILL BE SORRY ! Tried going to see my friend today. If i could give this dealership less than one star I would. I've purchased 5 Hondas over the past 20 years, 4 from the same dealership in South Carolina. I've been a firm believer in returning to the dealership for service. When we've needed service we were able to schedule same day or within a day or so. We moved to Lancaster a year ago. I've had service scheduled at Jones Honda twice, each time scheduled two to three weeks out. When I called today to see if I could have my son's Accord brought in for brakes, that he was visiting for the next two days, I was told

2 years ago I went to Jones Honda specifically to lease an HRV. I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and bot one sales person would even recognize my presence. Years ago I would never go into a car dealership without a man because they don't take women alone seriously. But I thought we were past that. I was studiously ignored. I am a well paid professional woman who was ready to make a deal. I got a Buick instead, after being a long time Honda owner.

Joseph Flowers was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. I made it clear I had already been to two other dealerships looking for a new Civic Si but did not find the exact fit. Joseph located the exact 4 door in my color with all the options I wanted. It was in shipping so he had the truck routed to deliver it to Jones. Within a few days it was delivered and I purchased my first Honda. Joseph even had a better price than the other dealers who only had colors or options I wasn't looking for.

I'd highly recommend going to see Jones for a new Honda purchase.

I live in Lancaster and I have visited Jonas Honda through the years. Last month when I stopped by, I was outside for quite awhile with good intention to buy a new car and no one came out. I even stood by the door and nobody took notice. Actually, this was my 3rd time stopping within a month. I began to remember, not once has a sale person ever came out to greet me all these years!!!! My fiance and I were in the market for a second car and purchased a pre-owned 2013 Civic EX from Jones. We had a really wonderful car-buying experience with Dan, who was very kind, patient, and knowledgable. We also paid a bit less than the suggested Kelley Blue Book dealership price. I strongly encourage potential buyers to look at other options before purchasing with Jones. When I went last week, it was one of the worst experiences I have had with car shopping!

I had planned on purchasing through Jones. My husband and I test drove several cars, that went okay.
