Our mission is to present our clients, with an exceptional design and construction experience, which we call Signature Service.
Built in the 1800's, the barn was part of the first farm in Lake Elmo. The massive structure was converted into a residence in the 1990's. By 2012, under new ownership, the barn was ready for a major upgrade. From top to bottom the building was re-worked while actively promoting and maintaining its part of community history.
Signature Service is our concierge level of customer care. It is a company-wide culture of serving our clients. It is a system integrated into Waldenwood's operations to ensure worry-free remodeling.
