J.P. & Son Pest Control, originally titled J.P. Exterminating, was started in 1974 by Jim and Lois Parker out of necessity. Lois was an at home mother and Jim's longtime employer, S.O.S, had gone on strike and they needed money for their young family. So an ad went into the newspaper and a pest control company was born.
Over 40 years later, J.P. & Son is still family owned and operated. Currently, J.P. & Son is owned and operated by Jim's son Cory who is a 3rd generation pest control technician and a state licensed applicator since 1997. J.P.& Son will continue to serve Butler and its surrounding counties like it has for the past 40 years with affordable pricing and NO CONTRACTS for all of our maintenance programs.
Not to mention the personalized touch that the big companies don't offer. From FHA/VA Inspections to full treatments, our technician has over 20 years of termite experience, so we've seen it all. Whether it's a small shed or a large commercial building, we've got your needs covered.

We can provide a custom routine service for residential and commercial properties with interior and exterior applications and visits ranging from twice a month to twice a year. NEW - We now offer a seasonal special which consists of treatments in April, June, August, and October, with exterior-only treatments starting as low as $25.00 per visit!

JP & Son is great! I have used Mr. Parkers service for over 8 years. Always professional, honest, and friendly. Any new bugs that I have found over the years are taken care of immediately. JP and Son is always friendly, polite, and punctual. They work to make sure that you are satisfied and understand everything they are doing. If you have any questions, they are more than happy to answer them and they can schedule a visit to your house fairly quickly (especially if it’s an emergency!) I cannot recommend them enough!

We found out that we had termites in our home but had no idea who to call. My husband's best friend is a realtor and owner of numerous rental properties and he highly recommended JP&Son. We called and they came out the very next day. The treatment was very effective and quite reasonably priced as well as warranted for life! Couldn't be any more satisfied with the service or the treatment.😀👍

Cory at JP & son has serviced my properties for many years. He does a great job and can do just about anything insect related. He does termite inspections and treatments for home inspectors. Bed bugs.. no problem, Bees.. no problem, ants... no problem. If you need pest control and want to pay quite a bit less than the large outfits give this guy a call!
