Our initial treatment usually takes the longest as we are laying all of the groundwork for lasting protection against pests. This treatment lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour, is more in depth, and involves more product than the following services. 30 days following your initial treatment, your service professional will arrive to perform the first quarterly treatment.
After 17 years underground, the Brood X cicadas (the Great Eastern Brood) are set to emerge this spring. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. They are harder to get rid of than a crazy ex. They will tell you whatever they need to in order to get you to sign a contract, and once that contract is signed- it's over. They own you. I ended up being tied into a rodent baiting service that I never needed, because they mis-diagnosed my problem. (I ended up calling another company recently who said right away that I have a chipmunk problem, but Greenix doesn't do chipmunks so I guess they just made something up to get a customer.) We used them and the technician was very nice and professional. But, we had them out last week and they discovered where the mice were coming in at and asked if we wanted them to fix it. Said it was $39.00 and since it was cheap, we let them fix it. Then we get charged $150.00 to fill one fricken hole. I would have done it if I knew they would charge that much. We will finish out the terms of the agreement, but after that - we are done with them. I already posted on our work chat not to use Greenix. They will screw you out of money for additional services. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I tend to be very open minded when writing a review and not go just by one good thing or in this case bad, but to be honest since there's no way to give 0 stars this one start goes to the technicians that come to your home and do the work, they are knowledgeable, friendly and professionals, besides that everything else is terrible.

I just hate those high pressure salesperson from Greenix. What else do I have to say that we don't need the service? Why I have to sign up today, why should I care if all my neighbors signed up and my home got left behind? Why you think I made a bad decision not signing up? The worst part is that the salesperson didn't even wear a mask.

*edit* Once again they have charged me after I spoke to my tech who acknowledged he saw my request to cancel AND I sent an email advising if I was charged again that I would report to the BBB and dispute my credit card charge. I have reported to the BBB and called my credit card company. Stay away!!!

Mostly smoke and mirrors with Greenix. Their business model is to door-to-door with the initial sale (not the quality of service or lifetime value of the customer) being the focus. You will be entered into to at least a 12-month contract with quarterly service, but billed monthly. Cancellation at any time, even after 12 months is a chore. Never once during the course of the 12 months did I physically see services performed at my residence and I even went back and checked my NestCam footage to be sure.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Hidden contracts - ridiculous cancellation fees - impossible to cancel. Will charge you whether you authorize service or not. The contractors that come to the house are friendly enough, but the customer service at the corporate office is a nightmare to deal with. I will never use this service again!!!!!! I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

These people are very unprofessional and give you the runaround when trying to cancel services, making you jump through hoops just so they can draw out your time with them all the while you are still paying the monthly fee. You play the "he said, she said" game with 4 different employees because they can't communicate with each other and throw each other under the bus AND on top of all that, they have no problem discussing your account with other customers which would get people fired at most businesses. I wish I could rate this less that 1 star. I signed up for this service from a door to door salesman offering to Paypal me $200 if signed up.... too good to be true right? Well, he did it right in front of me, and I was wanting a bug treatment anyway. Well, here is the catch.... They make you sign a contract for $99 per quarter. Even in the winter when the ground is frozen and there are no bugs.... Customer service is terrible... I told them I would honor my contract in the non-frozen months at $99/quarter, but they refused saying that I voided my contract and are going to pursue collections. We

My first treatment was only a week ago. All spider webs brushed from the eaves of the house and home was treated inside and out. So far I'm not seeing any bugs inside our house. I signed up for an annual service where the home is treated seasonally. Time will tell, but so far I am pleased with the crew at Greenix (Greg & Zachariah).

We've been fine with our existing pest control service, but I have been interested in something more organic for children/pets. GreeniX came by last year, but I wasn't ready to commit. This year, I was definitely sold. Not only do they take their time to treat inside/outside the house (about 45 minutes), they swept the cobwebs from the outside of the house and any hornet/wasps nests that were around as well. The house has smelled fantastic since they left. Eric was so professional, wore shoe covers and carefully walked through
