We never hire seasonal help as our Techs have a minimum of seven years of service and some have been here for nineteen years. Our office manager has been with us for sixteen years. The first initial pest installment was great. I don’t really have much to say other than. My exceptions were meant when advised I would have a follow-up in 30 days. After 6months of a full year of coverage I haven’t received a call or and all attempts for scheduled visits via email were never fulfilled and I was held in suspense. Maybe your experience will be different but this is my observation and reality. Good Luck !

I am very impressed with this company and especially with the owner himself. I hired him to help me get rid of a squirrel issue I had and when I had another issue several weeks later, the owner himself came out twice and called me to let me know it was an issue with a bat. He went above and beyond accommidating my schedule to take care of the problem . You dont find many companies like this anymore, very personalized service !

The company said if I paid for their service we’d have “8 months of guaranteed service when there was mouse activity”. The gentleman came out and put traps around. I called them when I smelled a dead mouse and the response from the owner was that we wouldn’t be able to smell it, so I had to push it. When the man came back there were 2 dead mice so not only was he incorrect but also rude. They came out twice then I had a bunch of mouse droppings in my kitchen at about 4 months in to paying them and I called 3 times. They never responded nor did they ever come back. I’m really upset. I

I have been dealing with mice for several months and have been working with Dennis the Mennis for three months. The tech has come into my home and placed bait boxes but has not dealt with the exterior of the house nor addressed the problem of how the mice are getting in. The last three appointments I’ve had, no one has shown up . I have spoken with different people and have even texted back-and-forth with the owner, yet still I’ve been been blown off several times. I can now no longer even get a response. I paid for a six-month “guarantee” and wonder if anyone will offer to return my money
