I can offer 1.4 million reasons why you should never trust your hard earned dollar to Schell or Echelon as we have been abandoned since the day we took delivery of our new home. structural issues abound. no one from Schell or Echelon will take responsibility for repairs, promises to handle the concerns have been abandoned, and no one in management, let alone a Schell, will give us time of day to address the concerns which they themselves have found to be significant. they have all the time in the world for you to take your money, but are no where to be found when you need them. at this point we
