Find the Available Floor Plan that meets your needs. Each of our floor plans have many different structural, bedroom, bathroom, and garage options to choose from. Work with our sales counselor to find out which community and what lot we are building your ideal floor plan on. If your new home community allows pre-sales, you may be able to specify specific structural options for your home.
LC Homes' EnergySmart Program requires a higher level of commitment to quality construction and energy efficiency than standard new construction or other new homes with the ENERGY STAR label. Our homes are typically 60-65% more efficient than a resale home and 35-40% more efficient than new home built to 2006 energy code.
Your customer registration is valid for a period of six months unless your customer returns with a different agent. If you close on more than one LC Home within a twelve month period we will pay an additional $1,000 incentive on the first closing and an additional $1,000 incentive for each additional closing.

Don't waste your time look elsewhere this is a fly by night that tries to sell you a home but can't get anybody to work on them. That came right from the quality control rep. It's a joke I've talked to people who live near me and no ones really that happy with their homes. You see their signs all over selling commercial property but they should never have tried homes it's not even close m. When inspectors do inspections from their car you know it's a scam. This place will cost you more than you could ever make back

We bought our first home with LC home and everything went extremely smooth. we have the opportunity of being in a brand new build home for the same price as older homes on the market. we have only had a few minor problems come up since we moved in and LC Holmes was quick to respond and quick to send out contractors to get everything fixed properly. our home is energy efficient the only room that is too hot or too cold is the room that is above the garage I and part of that is because the garage isn't insulated much..but we threw some insulation and we're going to seal up and put some strips around

As first time home buyers, my husband and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon LC Home. From the initial walkthrough, to the final walkthrough, to closing and even dealing with warranty, you can tell that they care about the quality of their product, unlike other builders we've seen who seem to crank out a bunch of cheaply made homes. Everyone we've dealt with, Shannon, Eric and Robert have been so friendly and helpful. We absolutely would buy from LC Home again!

I have been thrilled with the customer service, responsiveness and professionalism of Bill Orton, our Realtor at LC Homes. He was honest and up front throughout the process. He attended our Closing and also was thoughtful in leaving a lovely house warming gift package the day we moved in. He has been ultra responsive and conscientious in following up, even months after we purchased our home, when new questions have come up. We couldn't be happier with our new home and all aspects of the purchase and move in process, as guided by Bill Orton.

TLDR: Don't buy a home from LC Homes unless you have your own contractors inspect it during construction. On the structure they deliver a minimum product to meet government codes and not an inch more.
They get one star because the house is still standing and one star because the engineered "hardwood" is truly scratch resistant. Beyond that the home was built to minimum standards. The home warranty is a joke and they use every mechanism possible to get out of it.
Issues:
1. Radon: The house registered with high radon levels, but they didn't mitigate it. They wanted us to use the "warranty" and

We have been very happy with LC Home. The minute we stepped into the model home, we knew this was just what we wanted: style, quality materials, great neighborhood, multiple options, the whole package. We also have to give kudos to our account manager, Matt Walkowicz, who responds to our calls quickly, makes sure documentation is accurate, and is generally a nice guy to deal with.

We have relocated extensively (18 times) for my job, and my January 2020 home sale and new home purchase was by far the best experience I’ve had to date, thanks to LC Home and their sales and support people!
The LC Home we purchased was exactly what we wanted and we believe a great value for the cost. The home had lots of small touches and thoughtful design features that stood out from all the other new homes we visited.
