We had a leak under our sink, and called Ace first thing in the morning. We were told someone would be there that day, and our plumber arrived shortly after. Our plumber, Michelle, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what was broken, and had it repaired quickly! Will definitely use them again!

Heat pump installed....still not working properly after 7 months... multiple visits....technicians would show up without proper tools...sometimes without tools at all and waste my time repeatedly. Just had them here 3-4 weeks ago...again!. cause the aux heat wasnt sufficient for the space of our home. Again you would think when someone spends thousands of dollars you would get a proper system. I am still waiting on a quote that the technician said he would get to me. Nothing yet again. Only thing that sucks is that this unit is warrantied with ace so pretty much handcuffed.

We dealt with Ace Plumbing during some insurance repairs being done in our home. We needed a dishwasher removed, then reinstalled and a valve replaced. Our repair person was Michelle, who was professional, courteous, respectful and communicated well with us.

We used ACE while building and renovating in Kelowna under Little Apple Homes. Always good service and trouble free with accurate detailed estimating . I wish they were out in the Kootenay's. I kicked one Plumber out of the house who wanted to work hourly and I had to redo some of his work then the next outfit that came in had to redo their plumbing for a suite over the garage as all the water lines were installed in an uninsulated space. I used Ace as my New Home Plumbing and Heating contractor when we built 3 years ago, they were great then and continue to be great now when we require maintenance or service work. Staff are always very knowledgeable and seem to care like it was their own, I would recommend Ace to anyone looking for a Plumbing/Heating contractor for either new construction or service work.

I can't say enough good things about Ace Plumbing and Heating. Their technicians are always knowledgable and very pleasant when they come on service calls .In over 20 years they have replaced furnace ,air conditioner, sinks ,toilets and 2 water heaters. Many, many thanks to a great company.

You may want to think twice about dealing with ACE Plumbing & Heating. They burnt my lino and will not replace it. No customer service.

Horrible customer service, a fraud looking for quick money and not knowledgable about the products they install. They left my family sweltering in 35 degree heat advising to fix it myself.
