Will is very friendly, efficient, polite and professional. He explained in details what he will do to replace the main water shut off valve, what to expect and how long it will take. It was a very tight space to work at and has to crawl in, instead, he has improvised and found an easier way to do it avoiding further cutting into the wall. To make it more complicated, the main water meter was far away from the house and one has to drive to the next block behind our house in order to turn it off.
We have forgiven he was 3 hours late in the first appointment due to unexpected problem from the job

This company is a reputable as it gets. They are prepared, efficient, professional, neat, and get the job done. I have had them do everything from repair a toilet to installing a main water shutoff, to plumbing for a pool project including gas lines for a fire pit, grill, and pool heater. They are as good as it gets!

Will was very nice, however the company was not able to solve my problem nor did they follow up to see how they could fix the issue of low water pressure in my shower. I was told I would be contacted the day after the issue was not solved. However I was not. I understand that troubleshooting is part of the job however one should follow up to see how the issue can be resolved. Also, Will took an old shower cartridge with him without permission after I payed for the new cartridge. I don't believe this was right since even he stated that it wasn't the problem to begin with. I did not realize

I have had nothing but a great experience using Micci Plumbing and Heating. in the past 6 months they have serviced my home heating system, replaced an outdoor spigot that was broken and leaking and this week fixed my Central Air unit on a same day call. They show up on time and keep in touch when on the way and do a professional and clean job. I have no hesitation recommending Micci Plumbing and Heating.

The best plumber ever! It was late Sunday, 12/22 and I had a flood in the basement! I never thought I would get a plumber to come by on a Sunday before Christmas but I did. Micci was recommended to me through FB. He was so nice, professional and quick. Fixed the problem quickly and followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend him

Mike M is THE BEST!!! The latest first, I called Mike at 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, 5 hours before we were leaving for a Caribbean vacation because we had no heat!!! We had dog sitters coming in the morning to stay and watch the dogs and - obviously - 2 dogs. Mike was at our house with a helper in literally TEN MINUTES (after I explained vacation etc) I was trying to finish packing. Turns out Mike had the parts and tools to fix it and did so in under an hour. He is now my trusted "go-to" and I will tell anyone who will listen how great he is and they should call him.
