We started in August of 1991 as a garage cabinet shop. The company was called Alexander's Cabinetique. In march of 1992 we received our contractors license from the California State Contractor's Board (CSLB). In 1994 we grew out of the garage and moved into a 1,500 square foot facility in Paramount, CA.
By 1996 our staff grew to five along with our work load, so we moved to a 2,300 square foot shop, also in Paramount. In 1998 we were approached by a semi-custom line of cabinetry called KraftMaid to set up a display in our showroom. By the end of that year we had grown to 11 employees and it became apparent that utilizing a semi-custom line was more than a good idea.
Anew Kitchen and Bath Design Experience is a new way to experience contracting. We not only are excellent with our hands, we know design and customer service as well!. Anew sells cabinetry, counters and floors including installations. We also do room additions, mantles and home offices.

Anew Kitchen, Inc. started out in 1991 as Alexander's Cabinetique, a small custom cabinet shop. The owner, Alex Stevens, set out to make the finest cabinets around. The cabinet shop became well known with the local dealers and contractors and over the next few years Alexander's Cabinetique had to expand.

Home delivery for cabinetry is available for those customers within a 75 mile radius of our store. Normal shipping charges apply. Other items, such as plumbing fixtures will be charged UPS or Fed Ex charge by weight and distance.

If you need to have your kitchen remodeled from start to finish, then Alex at A New Kitchen is your man. When we met with him he listened to our ideas and then suggested his own which worked out better. His experience in helping us pick out the correct finishes for the floor, cabinets, countertops, etc... was quick and easy and has made our kitchen look fabulous. He was professional, always on time, cleaned up afterwards and we came in within budget. Alex is very detailed oriented and strived to make our kitchen look the best and he did.
