Wow….Where to start…. The total experience was amazing with the Roof Mentors. To start off… a free estimate you can’t beat that with a stick.
Second. The Sales Rep. Austin. Amazing guy and a very knowledgeable guy, especially when it came to our roof. He answered all our questions and helped guide us in the right direction on choosing the color and type of roof we had wanted, which was what set the whole experience off. Within two weeks of me meeting him, I had a new roof something that I didn’t think I would be able to get for a while and he made it happen very very quick.

Excellent experience with The Roof Mentors in Hope Mills. The roofers were fast, courteous, and clean. They were polite and conversational with my kids as well, as we were constantly out watching them. Have not seen it with other roofing companies but they tarped all around our home before starting to keep landscaping clean and materials away from home, greatly appreciated. This company did an AWESOME JOB ON MY ROOF! They even educated me on different types of roofing material and even the structures of roofs and how its done. Outside of them being professional in what they do, they make sure the process smooth and fast....they knocked it out in a day.... even checked on me weeks later after the job was done...to see… if I was still satisfied with the service and to see if I had any questions/concerns. The Roof Mentors did an outstanding job of installing my new roof. From the inspection, filing of the claim, to full completion and follow up, the company was on point. Nick, the sales rep, was professional, courteous and available for any questions that I had. I was given options on different types, ratings, and colors of shingles. The installation crew worked quickly, efficiently and did a great job of cleaning up. Christian followed up to be sure the roof was complete and that I was happy with it.

The Roof Mentors LLC were absolutely great. Devin stopped by our church and offered their services because the roof was in bad shape. We spoke and he went up on the roof took measurements and gave us a quote with no pressure. A couple of months went by and I reached out to him. We entered into a contract that was very reasonable. Within a few days they were on it. The crew was on site prompt and early at 6am and worked until it was completed at 9pm. Christian the foreman was nice and pleasant and very informative. Where to start with The Roof Mentors I have no clue. Well from start to finish it was the easiest company I have dealt with ever. Kenny & Francesca were super professional and informative about everything from the beginning. They helped me tremendously with the insurance company and made my life easy. When it came to the build, Chris was on top of every detail and his builders are incredible, they were super professional and amazing group of guys. My old roof was damaged by the recent storms here in Raeford, NC and I was fortunate to be referred to The Roof Mentors. Mr. Kenny Mason came out the very next day to inspect my roof and then came out a second time to meet the insurance adjuster and used his expert knowledge to make recommendations that our roof needed a full replacement. Mr. Kenny personally kept me updated throughout the entire process so I was never sitting there wondering what the next step was. When the day came for them to finally do the roof replacement, The Roof Mentors team completed the full replacement in about 9 hours

Our roof was in critical condition. After all of the rain we got this last winter we had multiple leaks in different areas of the house. We called for an inspection and Kenny came out and helped us with great information for us to move forward. He also helped us with our insurance claim, this was our first time filing so we needed the help. Kenny sat down and explained all of the options and what would be best for us. One of the best experiences I've had doing business with a company. so professional, courteous,and respectful. From estimate to build, you are kept updated and informed. Christian and his crew did amazing work. The personal touch is what sold me. Out of 5 companies, The Roof Mentors was the only one that came to my home, sat down with me, and… explained everything when everybody else looked at a satellite picture and gave a cold phone call. These guys are just amazing, so professional, and extremely nice! They were able to come check out my roof very quickly to check out the leaky areas and was even able to temporarily fix it until they are able to come back out to completely fix it! Very honest with what they discovered and didn't try to sell you anything you didn't need! Hands down best roofing company in town and I highly recommend them not only for my personal home but for my real estate clients!!!!
