Aside from costing so much more than other moving companies, I was on the phone with them looking for an estimate for my move, and I heard a guy and the customer service girl making fun of me thinking that I can’t hear them. Extremely unprofessional.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. For starters, I am in my 60s and I specifically asked them to wear masks. The movers showed up, late, and not wearing masks. You'd think I wouldn't need to mention this in a review for a "professional" company, but the movers were stinky. Also, 3 of my furniture items were damaged. This is what I get for trusting an Alabama-based company. Go with Two Men and a Truck if you're moving.

I purchased a 900 pound safe and needed it moved from the retail store to my home, about 45 miles away.
The gun store suggested Move and Store and have them a call from the store to get pricing and delivery information.
They were able to deliver it the next day, first thing in the morning. They called before they left the store to let me know they were on the way.
The 5 man crew showed up on time and immediately began to unload the safe. It took a lot of mussel power to man handle it into my house, but the crew got it in and placed it exactly where I wanted it.
In addition, the crew was respectful

Preparing for a house renovation, our entire house needed to be boxed and stored. Alex was easy to work with and answered all of my needs with a "can-do" attitude! Every thing was boxed and moved in one day! Alex even delivered a piece of furniture to a repair facility and prepared our brass bed frame for shipping, pick and return until our house is complete. Good people to work with for our moving and storage needs.

Alex, Dima H, and Derrik were the most amazing, experienced, professional, caring movers ever. My husband and I were more than pleased with the job they did for us. We moved out of a home that we had been in for 31 years. They packed us, moved us, and took care of things like they were their own. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jenna at the office answered all my many questions with patience and care.

The team from Move and Store did a fantastic job of getting the move day over and done with a level of enthusiasm and eagerness. They moved all the heavy and light stuff and not once griped, not once hit a wall or a doorway, and were very pleasant to be around. I would recommend move and Store for anyone having to move locally or even out of state - their service and dedication to their work is heads and shoulders above other movers

Absolutely the best way to move your college student in and out. The overall cost was about the same I was paying to rent the truck and storage unit and do it all myself. The movers were great. They were on-time, efficient and super nice. Really cannot say enough about this great experience. When all the other parents are toting boxes across campus and up stairs we were already unloading everything and my back felt great the next morning.

I started on a move on my own thinking it would be a breeze, however I massively underestimated an office move our company was having. I called Move and Store to explain my emergency and asked for help. They sent a small crew out that worked circles around me. This group had their act together and really saved me in a bind. Thanks again Move and Store! I have found my new go to moving company.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Move Auburn. We live in Houston and my daughter attends Auburn University. Being long distance has a lot of disadvantages but Move Auburn has stepped up and filled ALL the voids. All their movers are prompt, courteous and experienced and the office staff are able to coordinate all my requests. They are very flexible and offer many services. They have a warehouse to store her things over the summer which is a huge help. They also sent her large rug out to be cleaned and picked it back up when it was clean. They are able to accept furniture deliveries and assemble
