Originally from Santiago, Chile, Raul Souza descended from a tradition of professional builders and immigrated to the United States in 1997. Raul expanded his family's craft by studying all aspects of modern construction: accounting, codes, and management. In 2005, Raul earned his North Carolina General Contractor's license and started his own construction company.

The entire team at Souza Homes are very professional and easy to work with. They made the construction of our home in Fairview a very smooth and enjoyable process. Had my share of problems with this contractor and his subs during construction. After many repairmen and $$$. I finally have a working generator, three years later! Living in my home for the past 3 years, I'm finding more shoddy work appearing as my home creaks and cracks with floor joists moving and now doors not closing. Think twice before using this firm.

Thank you for our beautiful home. I have had a house built before this one and was very disappointed. Souza homes are built to a perfection They stand behind there homes 100% and are there for you. They treat you like family. I never had a builder so easy to deal with.The house comes with so many amenities. My garage does not get below 48 degrees. Does that tell you how well built they are. It is a pleasure to to Know Mr. Souza.
