I was immersed in construction at an early age. I would take Sunday rides with my grandfather to check on his projects falling in love with residential construction. I would ask my father for tools and play "sick" to go to work with him for the day when my mother would get her one week vacation. Once a teenager, my summers were spent working for my father learning how to tape and finish walls.
After graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelors in Construction Management I went on to work for a reputable commercial construction company managing large scale projects. My passion for working directly with the customer drove me to return working for a custom home builder.
Shortly after, I followed my dream and opened Cloutier Construction and Design LLC. My mission is to deliver my projects on time and budget. I pride myself in finish details and love to make a dream or picture into reality. I build with integrity and keep craftsmanship alive using high quality tools and materials.

We hired Natalie and her team to renovate our bathroom and remodel our whole upstairs including putting in a walk-in closet and all I can say is WOW! She and her team are so professional and the quality of work is amazing. Her attention to detail (especially with things like the super difficult tile I picked) is impeccable. I originally hired her as I had heard great things from others and she lived up to her amazing reputation. As a stay-at-home mom, I was totally comfortable with the team working while I was at home. I have worked with other contractors before and my one regret about Natalie

We had Cloutier Construction do a complete bathroom remodel 3 years ago, and Natalie and company did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job!!! This job entailed the entire room from ceiling to floor, and not only was the design and workmanship outstanding, but Natalie and her team were friendly, cheerful, and careful with all of the challenges a 119-year old house poses!! The finished full bath came out so beautifully, we decided to have our upstairs half- bath remodeled as well, and Natalie was able to work around other scheduled jobs and complete that job for us as well. Please beware - all her work is crooked, not installed properly and she does not stand behind her work. She was paid in full and never came back. All the grout keeps crumbling out of her tile work, the toilet was installed crooked. The bathtub does not work and her carpentry has massive gaps all over the place. All materials were home depot specials and were the cheapest of the cheap. I paid her close to $15,000 for mostly labor.
