We have been very pleased with Patsun Construction. We lived in western MA in a condo. We were looking to have it updated so we could sell and purchase a new home. Patsun Construction reconstructed the basement into a beautiful finished living space with its own laundry room. They also put in hardwood floors throughout the first floor making it more spacious looking. All that Jim and his crew did, played a major role in us being able to sell our condo so quickly. We would highly recommend Patsun Construction for any job big or small. They were very professional and easy to work with. We will continue

Jim and his team built me the house of my dreams on budget and ahead of schedule! Being my first home there were some changes made along the way, and Jim responded right away with his recommendations on the best way to incorporate those changes. Even after his team was done, Jim continued to give advice and recommendations on finishing touches inside the house and landscaping. It was an absolute pleasure building with Patson Construction and I look forward to building my next house with them!

I've been working with Jim and Bruce Patsun for the past several months on a family room and two car garage addition at our house in Northern Connecticut. We couldn't be any happier with the results of the project. As for cost, we were highly satisfied with cost of the overall project. The price of what we paid very much so accurately reflects the final product we had planned to build.
