25 stars if I could give them that many. In March a stolen SUV plowed through my Mom's gate in midtown. Out of all of the fence companies I called, they were the only ones who showed up to give an estimate. Originally they thought it might not be until the Fall before it was finished. Then the last week of July they showed up over 3 days and fixed the aluminum fence and metal gate. The gate now works better than when it was installed new by a different company a few years ago! Fantastic company.

I bought an aluminum sectional fence at Lowes. Ron from Bluff City came out to give me an estimate on putting up only 36 feet of sectional fencing. I was SHOCKED when the estimate came back at.oer $1,100.00. I called Ron to ask him about this outrageous estimate, Ron from Bluff City even agreed this estimate was very high. Ron advised me not to even use the very company he works for.

I can not say enough good things about this company. From the professionalism and responsiveness of Meagan in the front office to the quality of work from Roberto and his crew on the fence to the staining of the fence by Victor. If you want a fence that is of professional quality and deal with professional people, then this is the place to get it from. I definitely would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I called about getting a quote to replace about 30 to 40 planks. To be clear they did no work for me, but the quote they gave was ridicules. I was told scheduling would call me back. A day or two later on Friday I was called. I was told Saturday or Monday... no time could be given. Guess I was suppose to wait around at their convenience? I called Monday and they were confused. Dan called me later and came by. A few days later got quote by email to replace 45 planks for $975. That is the cost of the most deluxe fence at top labor charge, COMPLETE fence, not just replacing a few boards. This is 3

Bluff City fence did a great job with our fence. They were the lowest bid on our project, but that doesn't mean the quality of work suffered. There was a small issue with the placement of the gate, which they fixed quickly, with zero fuss. They also did an especially nice job of following the slope of our yard. The final product looks just fantastic. Thanks Bluff City Fence!

These folks are awesome! A windstorm blew a section of our fence down, which we didn't discover until our dog got loose. When I called they were extremely friendly and they were able to have me an estimate within an hour or so after sending someone to look at it while I was at work. The price wasn't too bad, but who ever really liked a price for this type of thing. They were able to eek out the work that day, huge relief to me because I was traveling the next day for a week. A week or two later, these folks sent us a Christmas card with a ten dollar Kroger gift card. Highly recommended

We highly recommend Dixie Fence Company. They did a great job and were great to work with! First, they were quick to come out to give us a quote. They were able to start our job within a week, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job! We did have a slight miscommunication issue, but once we called about it they corrected the issue within two days. My husband and I have been so impressed with this company! We will definitely use them again and refer Dixie Fence Company to our friends and neighbors.

Wanted to pass on a situation that happened to my mother:
My next door neighbor hired Dixie Fence to install a new fence between our properties. In the process of installing the fence they completely destroyed part of my yard. I left several messages for someone to call. I finally talked to Shane who is evidently the head guy. He sent a salesman out to look at the damage. I had to call the salesman, Dan, several times to find out what Shane had decided about the damage. I told Dan if they would just pay $200 for some treated wood to repair the damage I would call it even. Dan said Shane
