Called Friday to just set up an appointment to have a simple gate repair. Told I would hear back. Called again - this time the “Foreman” was out in the field. Still, the rep couldn’t make an appointment for me. Two more days passed - crickets. I call again and was told “the Foreman would not be in today”. Sounds like they have one employee and when he takes the day off the work stops. UNSAT experience.

This company has a decent product but generates business by being the sole provider of the concrete pre-cast fence. Some of the fence parts arrived damaged, Hispanic sub contractors showed up for work on day 2 at 1:30, paint for fence was mixed incorrectly, no job site supervision or inspection, and the owner/manager Imran Siddiqui, does not provide any of the important minor details. Very little in the way of communication, customer service and product warranty documentation. Also, site workers turned off pool breakers without permission. 2 star rating is being fair.
