LEE's Pest Services combines the knowledge, safety and experience of sixteen years of service in Virginia and the surrounding states. Locally owned and operated, we have been trained in every aspect of the pest industry to include both Residential and Commercial pest control. Besides preventative, general pest services, we also treat for termites, bed bugs, mice, rats, cockroaches, ants, bees and other insects (yes, mosquitoes too.)

We do wild life control including birds, squirrels, skunks and snakes including copperheads. Additionally, we perform exclusion work, moisture control and WDRI inspections. We service Virginia and West Virginia to include the City of Winchester and the counties of Frederick, Clarke, Fauquier, Loudoun, Rockingham, Warren, Shenandoah and surrounding areas.

Lee is recreating this industry one customer at a time to get pest control service back to the way it used to be-effective and informative-because solving problems is more than just a quick spray. We understand the biology and habits of pests.

Ants are social insects, meaning they take care of each other and have specific rolls in the colony or nest. Knowing this makes it easier to find and eradicate the problem. Fix any moisture-related issues. Seal up entry points into the house. Treat the exterior of the house with non-repellent low risk chemicals and baits, spot treat the interior as needed.

Pest Library Report

Because of the expanding concerns for mosquito control, LPS will do a complete IPM inspection of your property giving recommendations and treatment specifics. Treatment includes using larvicides, IGR's and adulticides after found moisture issues have been secured. A maintenance program is required.

Lee’s Pest Services has made a dramatic improvement in our family’s ability to live in the countryside without fighting the insects (wasps, carpenter bees, Asian beetles, stink bugs, you name it) that invariably ended up in our home or attempting to destroy our home (it’s a log home).

Lee was excellent to work with and responsive. He was able to come out the next day and remove our snakes. He found them after removing the insulation in our basement and doing a thorough inspection of our attic and entire home.
